Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Teach and support pupils across Key Stage 2, ensuring appropriate challenge.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress to inform planning.
• Create a positive classroom environment fostering independence and love of learning.
• Differentiate lessons to meet varying needs.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and parents for best outcomes.
• Support the school's Church of England ethos and values.
