Protocol Education are working with a welcoming school in Southend-on-Sea to recruit a KS2 Teacher for a full-time maternity cover. The role offers long-term security with the possibility of continuation beyond the fixed term.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging KS2 lessons, manage planning, assessment and parent communications, and work collaboratively with staff to support pupils' academic and personal development.

Qualifications

• QTS with KS2 teaching experience.
• Commitment to a full-time maternity cover.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging KS2 lessons across the Key Stage 2.
• Handle planning, preparation, assessment, marking and parent communication.
• Create an inclusive classroom supporting pupil development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and leadership.
• Contribute to the wider school community.
