Step Teachers Ltd. is seeking an KS2 Teacher to provide flexible short-term and long-term cover across primary schools serving Plympton and surrounding areas.

You will deliver engaging KS2 lessons, maintain an inclusive classroom, manage conduct, and assess pupil progress while adapting teaching strategies for varied year groups. Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, possess strong KS2 knowledge, and are committed to safeguarding.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Adaptable and confident working across different schools and year groups.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum following provided plans.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
