Step Teachers Ltd is recruiting Primary School Teachers for flexible short-term and long-term placements across Enfield. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS2, follow provided plans, and support pupils to achieve high standards in a positive, inclusive classroom.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, have a solid understanding of KS2, strong behaviour management, and excellent communication. Safeguarding checks apply and weekly PAYE payroll is offered.

• Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning needs.
• Assess and record pupil progress when required.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and contribute to wider school life during longer-term placements.
