Job summary

TeacherActive are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to join a mainstream Sheffield school operating at OFSTED Good. The post will cover Key Stage 2 (KS2) with flexible full-time or part-time hours and an ASAP start. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils to make strong progress.

The school values a proactive, patient teacher with solid KS2 knowledge, strong communication and organisational skills, and a positive and adaptable approach to teaching.

Qualifications

The school is looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to work across Key Stage 2 / KS2, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available starting ASAP. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support pupils in making positive progress.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching or completing placements within a UK primary school
• Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
