Job summary

St. Andrew’s CE Primary School in Salford is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support Year 3 and 4 as well as KS2 learning. The successful candidate will have experience with phonics and SEND, be flexible, and integrate with a warm, inclusive school community.

Qualifications

• A qualified and experienced TA3 is required.
• Experience with children with additional languages and SEND.
• Experience teaching a phonics programme, preferably Read, Write, Inc.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to enhance the current team.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across Key Stage 2, primarily in Year 3 and 4.
• Assist with delivery of phonics and learning activities.
• Support safeguarding and pupil welfare in the classroom.
