Aspire People are recruiting a KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with schools in Kidderminster. You will provide consistent support to pupils with additional needs and help them progress inside and outside the classroom.

The role involves 1:1 work, supporting groups, and close collaboration with teachers and SEN professionals. Flexibility and a willingness to travel between assignments are important.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA).
• SEN experience and an understanding approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis.
