Job summary

TLTP Group is recruiting a Primary SEMH Teacher to deliver a broad KS2 curriculum at a Barking East London school. The role starts ASAP and involves coordinating a team of Learning Mentors and delivering engaging, pupil-focused lessons.

You will differentiate the National Curriculum for SEMH/ASD pupils, develop IEBIPs with SMART targets, and work with SLT, Clinical team and teaching partners to meet pupil needs while safeguarding and promoting well-being.

Qualifications

• QTS/QLTS required for this role.
• SEN/SEBD/ASD/SEMH experience essential.
• Primary teaching experience is required.
• Ability to deliver outstanding teaching within a multidisciplinary team.
• Calm demeanor with safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary curriculum with SEMH focus and differentiation.
• Coordinate the work of Learning Mentors and provide direct teaching.
• Develop IEBIPs with SMART targets to track pupil progress.
• Work with SLT and Clinical team to meet pupil needs and ensure safeguarding.
