Job Title: Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, qualified teacher who has the ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and peers. It is essential that you have at least 2 years of teaching experience in the UK. You will be planning and delivering sessions for students in Key Stage 2, so previous experience teaching this key stage is desirable. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed, and resilient. Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching across the primary phase
  • Proven classroom teaching experience
  • Experience in setting targets, monitoring progress, and assessing pupil achievement to improve outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Understanding of SEND and support strategies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and evaluate individual termly targets; maintain achievement records in collaboration with colleagues
  • Provide reports and assessments for children and young people (CYP) according to school policy, including detailed reports for annual reviews
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding their child's welfare, progress, and participation
  • Ensure pupil safeguarding by adhering to Education Provisions (EP) safeguarding policies, reporting concerns, and recording information appropriately
