Job summary

Just Teachers Ltd is seeking a Nurture Lead for a specialist SEMH provision in Grantham. You will lead a small group, nurture emotional regulation, and build trusting relationships to re-engage students with learning in a structured, therapeutic environment.

You will work with staff to ensure consistent behaviour support, plan tailored sessions, and create a safe space that promotes routine, confidence, and readiness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, particularly within a nurture or trauma‑informed setting
• Strong understanding of attachment, trauma, and strategies to support emotional regulation
• Confidence leading a small group or provision and adapting approaches to meet individual needs
• Relevant qualifications or experience in education, youth work, psychology, or therapeutic support

About the role:

A specialist SEMH provision in Grantham with a dedicated nurture approach, supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma and barriers to learning.
