Qualifications

• KS2 framework knowledge and assessment markers.
• Experience using data to drive targeted interventions.
• Ability to manage a class of 30+ students in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons aligned with the National Curriculum with a focus on narrowing attainment gaps.
• Use formative assessments and mock data to inform teaching and support interventions.
• Support Year 3 students transitioning from Infants and Year 6 moving to secondary school.
• Maintain transparent communication with families to support pupil development.
