Job summary

Balby Central Primary Academy, part of The Rose Learning Trust, is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team. The role is fixed term until 31 August 2027, full-time (37 hours per week, Term Time + 5 days).

The successful candidate will support learning across KS2, work with teachers to raise attainment, and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment while benefiting from collaborative professional development opportunities.
