The Role
As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Year 3 class, supporting pupils who need extra help to keep up. You’ll deliver tailored interventions in English and Maths, provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs, and help manage classroom routines. You’ll also work with the class teacher to prepare resources and monitor progress.
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with strong communication skills, a calm and adaptable attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children. Whether you’re aiming for a career in teaching, psychology or SEN, this role offers a solid foundation. Any prior experience with children—through school, tutoring, clubs or volunteering—is an advantage.
