Role: Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Part-time or Full-time

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded rural primary school located near Ludlow. The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early education and would thrive in a close-knit, community-focused setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting pupils' academic and personal development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
* Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning
* Supporting pupils with their phonics, literacy, and numeracy development
* Assisting in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a KS2 or primary school setting
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A relevant TA qualification is desirable but not essential
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Aspire People)
