KS2 Class Teacher - Class Teacher - Primary School Teacher - Education and Training - South Ockendon

Position: KS2 Class Teacher
Location: South Ockendon
Salary Scale: £125-£240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800 per year), depending on experience and qualifications!
Contract Type: Full-time (part time available)
Start date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)


Key Responsibilities of a KS2 Class Teacher:

  • Create Engaging Lessons: As a KS2 Class Teacher you will Develop and deliver creative and interactive lessons that cater to the unique needs of KS2 students.
  • Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and a love for learning.
  • Individualised Support: As a KS2 Class Teacher you will provide personalized support to students, ensuring each child's unique learning needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow educators to create a cohesive and dynamic teaching team.
  • Parental Engagement: As a KS2 Class Teacher you will establish open communication with parents, fostering a strong partnership in the education of their children.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
  • Sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Creative and innovative teaching approach, with a commitment to providing a stimulating learning environment.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students and promote inclusivity.
