Job summary

Milk Education are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Sutton to recruit a committed KS1 Teaching Assistant to join from September.

This role supports younger pupils, helping to build confidence and independence while reinforcing learning across KS1. The position is full-time with a September start and a long-term outlook.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
• Primary or KS1 experience would be advantageous.
• A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach.
• Confident working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Key Stage 1 during lessons and independent activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Support phonics, reading, writing and Maths.
