Job summary

You will work with teachers to deliver high-quality learning, support pupils including those with SEND, and build strong relationships with families and external professionals. The post is fixed-term with potential permanency in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children, including small groups, and some with SEND.
• Ability to form strong, positive relationships with pupils and maintain professional boundaries.
• Proactive, collaborative work with class teachers and SENDCO to implement learning plans and behavioral strategies.
• Effective communication with parents/carers and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers across the school to deliver high-quality learning.
• Assist staff to ensure aims and objectives of the school are achieved.
• Work within a KS1 class and contribute to whole-school community.
