Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching KS1 or readiness as an ECT.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging KS1 lessons.
• Create a structured, positive classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to different abilities.
• Develop literacy, numeracy and wider learning skills.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and parents.
