Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is currently recruiting KS1 Teachers for flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately across Haverhill and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality lessons to pupils in Key Stage 1, adapt to different school settings, and contribute to positive learning experiences across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum following provided plans
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Adapt teaching strategies to support a range of learning needs
• Assess and record pupil progress when required
• Communicate effectively with school staff and contribute to wider school life during longer-term placements
