Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher for a primary school in March, starting October 2026. The role covers a KS1 class until the end of the academic year, with a class size of around 27 and a TA in the room.

You'll join a large team, hold QTS and/or PGCE, bring EYFS/KS1 experience and strong teamwork and communication skills to support a positive learning environment and contribute to high standards of pupil progress.

  • Have previous EYFS/KS1 experience.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication within a school setting.

Are you an enthusiastic and engaging individual ready for your next KS1 Teacher role in a primary school within March? We are looking for inclusive, determined and motivated KS1 Teachers to join a large team within a Primary School within the March area. The role is to commence in October 2026.

The role is to cover a KS1 class until the end of the academic year. The class size is around 27 children and has the support of a TA in classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help create a positive and comfortable environment for the class.
  • Monitor classroom management and assist with behaviour support.
  • Be able to adapt and adjust various activities and experiences.
  • Be responsible for a large class within the school, showing respect and care for each student whilst also showing a good level of tolerance.
Requirements
  • Hold a QTS (Qualified Primary Teacher Status) and/or PGCE qualification.
  • Have previous experience working within EYFS/KS1
  • Have strong team-working and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with a wider team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
