Academics Ltd is seeking enthusiastic KS1 Teachers for supply roles in and around Southampton, Hampshire. Join our client Primary Schools to deliver engaging lessons and adapt to daily needs across KS1 and KS2.

We welcome qualified teachers with strong behaviour management and a flexible approach to day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and ongoing recruitment support are offered.

KS1 Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable KS1 Teachers to work in our clients Primary School just outside of Southampton City Centre

Do you have the following?

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Recent experience teaching in KS1 / KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

Your day may include, but not subject to:

• Delivering high-quality teaching across day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply placements
• Teaching pre-planned lessons and adapting delivery to meet pupils' needs
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with school staff and adhering to safeguarding and school policies
