Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting for a kind, bubbly Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school's KS1 Resource Base in Moseley, Birmingham. The role supports children with additional needs, some non-verbal, helping with communication, learning, social development and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children in primary, SEND, or specialist settings.
• Experience supporting children with communication difficulties, autism, or complex learning needs.
• Able to support non-verbal children using alternative communication methods.
• Kind, patient, bubbly, nurturing with passion for working with children.
• Calm, positive approach to supporting emotions and needs.
• Willing to work collaboratively with teacher, SENCO and support team.
• Committed to inclusive environment where every child is valued.
