Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking an enthusiastic KS1/KS2 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in NG9 on a flexible supply basis. You will bring KS1/KS2 experience and adapt lessons across year groups, helping children stay happy, secure and included.

With a supportive team, a focus on outdoor learning, and regular collaboration with colleagues, the role offers variety, potential for long-term placements and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching KS1/KS2 across year groups.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to apply.
• Ability to adapt lessons for diverse abilities including SEND.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging KS1/KS2 lessons across year groups.
• Adapt learning to support varying abilities including SEND.
• Utilise indoor and outdoor spaces to bring learning to life.
• Maintain positive classroom routines and clear expectations.
• Collaborate with staff to monitor pupil progress and provide feedback.
