Job summary

Senploy in Acton is recruiting a Primary Intervention Specialist (QTS) to deliver targeted support across KS1 and KS2. The role focuses on small-group boosters, data-informed planning and close collaboration with teachers to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential.
• Previous intervention or booster experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and confident behaviour management.
• Ability to work independently and within a supportive team.
• Commitment to raising attainment and closing learning gaps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured intervention sessions across KS1 and KS2.
• Plan and deliver booster lessons aligned with assessment data.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and phase leaders.
• Track pupil progress and adapt strategies to maximise impact.
• Maintain consistent behaviour expectations and positive relationships.
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold core values.
