E-ACT DSLV Academy is seeking a KS1 Class Teacher to develop, plan and deliver engaging learning experiences across the KS1 curriculum, ensuring progression is central to all lesson plans and giving our students the confidence to think big for themselves as they progress through our academy. Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum, ensuring consistently strong progress and attainment for all pupils.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes high expectations, curiosity, resilience, and exemplary behaviour.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively, using data-driven insights to inform teaching, intervention, and targeted support strategies.
• Differentiate and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and those with EAL.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to enhance learning outcomes and promote pupil wellbeing.

Pay range: M1 - M6 £34,069.00 - £52,835.00

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Effective classroom management
• Good knowledge of primary teaching strategies
• Ability to assess pupil learning accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
