Job summary

Village Primary Academy is seeking an outstanding primary practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will demonstrate a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and pedagogy.

They should have at least two years' experience in the primary phase, be capable of leading others, inspiring colleagues, and supporting SEND learners. They will work with the Principal to deliver the Trust's Strategic Plan.

Qualifications

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Primary phase.
• Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy.
• Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards.
• Have experience of leading others.
• Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward.
• have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners.
• Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan.
