Village Primary Academy is seeking an outstanding primary practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will demonstrate a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and pedagogy.
They should have at least two years' experience in the primary phase, be capable of leading others, inspiring colleagues, and supporting SEND learners. They will work with the Principal to deliver the Trust's Strategic Plan.
The successful candidate will:
Be anexcellent classroom practitionerwith evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils are most vulnerable
Have a minimum of2years’ experiencein the Primary phase
Have experience anda secureknowledge oftheNationalCurriculum and Pedagogy
Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
Have experience of leading others
Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward
have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
