Teaching Personnel are collaborating with a welcoming primary school in Evesham to recruit an experienced KS1 Teacher for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, foster engagement, and uphold excellent classroom management.

They will lead a KS1 class across the primary curriculum, supporting pupils to reach their potential while maintaining strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum.
• Establish clear expectations and maintain strong behaviour management.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet needs.

• Work collaboratively with the wider school team.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessment and planning.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class, delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

The school is looking for a teacher who is confident, organised and consistent, with excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum
• Establish clear expectations and maintain strong behaviour management throughout the school day
