Job summary

Teaching Personnel are partnering with a welcoming primary school in the B32 area of Birmingham to recruit a KS1 Classroom Teacher for September. The role focuses on delivering engaging KS1 lessons within an inclusive, nurturing setting and offers CPD opportunities.

You will need QTS and a strong KS1 background, with a collaborative approach to planning and safeguarding responsibilities. This temporary position includes DBS support and a supportive consultant from Teaching Personnel.

KS1 Classroom Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working collaboratively with a lovely primary school in the B32 area of Birmingham. This school is seeking an enthusiastic and confident KS1 Classroom Teacher to join their team this September.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum (Essential)
  • A creative approach to planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Experience working in KS1 and a passion for helping children achieve their potential
  • Commitment to pastoral care, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and motivated to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, working closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service
