Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Slough to support warehouse operations and customer service across order processing and documentation. The role requires experience in warehousing and administration, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting KPIs.

Training on in-house systems and potential MHE use may be provided. You will contribute to efficient processing, respond to customer inquiries, manage emails, and work within a collaborative team to uphold service standards across the

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Team player willing to contribute positively.
• Willingness to be flexible with duties.
• RF Scanning / Unit Picking experience.
• MHE driving desirable with willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking activities in line with legislation, policies and procedures.
• Ensure documentation and information are completed as required.
• Maintain Service Levels and adhere to contracts.
• Operate company equipment safely.
• Attend or complete developmental training as required.
• Maintain on-site security to required standards.
• Monitor, pick and pack orders via internal systems.
• Provide customer updates on order progress and communicate accordingly.
• Monitor and respond to emails.
