Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC is seeking an experienced KPI Co-ordinator to support one of our busiest desks. You will assist teams with KPI implementation, monitor progress, and prepare clear KPI reports for internal reviews.

The role requires excellent Excel skills, strong stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience. On-site at Newton-le-Willows with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing KPIs across teams.
• Ability to consolidate KPIs into concise reports for audits.
• Strong communication with teams and Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams with KPI implementation and management.
• Monitor progression against development objectives and update KPIs.
• Consolidate KPIs into clear reports for internal and external review.
• Produce accurate monthly KPI reports to support audits.
• Challenge colleagues on KPI errors and conduct investigations where required.
• Drive continuous improvements to processes and customer experience.

Speedy Services are looking for an experienced KPI Co-ordinatorto assist one of our busiest and highest-priority desks.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• The ability to assist teams with the implementation and management of their KPIs.
• The ability to monitor each team member's progression against their development objectives and ensure KPIs are regularly updated.
• The ability to consolidate and synthesise all KPIs into clear, concise reports for internal and external review.
• Experience producing accurate monthly KPI reports to support internal and external audits.
• The confidence to challenge colleagues regarding KPI errors and conduct full investigations where required.
• A proactive approach to driving business improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and Account Managers.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external departments and colleagues.
• The ability to understand and interpret data and use it to produce commercial and customer review documents.
• Strong team ethics and a collaborative approach.
• A willingness to innovate and participate in projects that drive process improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to build strong relationships with other business units aligned to the direct customer experience, including the depot network and suppliers.
• Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
