Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a developer to work on Kotlin and Java-based web applications and APIs within the DevX Standards and Controls platform. You will join a small team building microservices with a modern tech stack and contribute to both back-end and light front-end work.

You will collaborate across engineering and QA to deliver features, resolve issues, and respond to customer requests. A strong emphasis on code quality, documentation, and Agile practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Kotlin experience or strong Java with willingness to learn Kotlin.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Agile experience including Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers and the wider organisation to build and run products.
• Design, develop & implement back-end features per backlog/priority with some front-end exposure.
• Work with a simple UI framework as part of the role.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Proactively engage with customers to resolve issues and capture feature requests.
• Build APIs and microservices; participate in CI/CD for rapid iterations.
