Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Technical Account Manager II to support Korean game developers partnering with PlayStation. You will be the primary technical liaison, helping studios adopt PlayStation technologies and navigate development pipelines, while coordinating with teams in the UK, Japan, and globally to ensure a superior partner experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in both Korean and English.
Experience with Korean game developers, publishers, or partners.
Hands-on engineering with game development SDKs.
Understanding of modern game development pipelines and production workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with development tools and ability to grasp complex projects.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with globally distributed teams.
Willingness to travel frequently within Korea and internationally, especially to Japan.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical relationship manager for a portfolio of Korean game developers and publishers.
Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and development teams in the Korean games industry.
Lead partner engagements and collaborate with teams worldwide to deliver a consistent developer experience.
Bridge technical and business aspects with DTG engineers and account management teams.
Regularly meet partners to identify risks, challenges, support needs and collaboration opportunities.
Maintain ownership of partner accounts and game titles, drive issues to resolution.
Represent Korean partners internally to advocate for product and service improvements.
Promote PlayStation best practices and technical guidance.
Deliver onsite technical support, workshops, and training for partner studios.
Contribute to technical training events, postmortems, and knowledge sharing across the globe.
Travel frequently to Korea and Japan to visit studios and Sony offices.
