Job summary

NEC Software Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Knowledge Analyst to drive and improve CSC Knowledge Management processes within ICT. You will manage knowledge articles, ensure publication readiness, and support first-time fix through effective knowledge sharing.

You will collaborate with Service Desk, Incident and Problem Management, contributing to ISO/IEC20000 accreditation, and design metrics to report on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL role and ITSM processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management levels.
• Self-motivated and flexible in approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve CSC Knowledge Management Processes.
• Act as Knowledge Analyst for CSC accounts.
• Identify risks and contribute to ISO/IEC20000 accreditation.
