Job summary

CB Resourcing Ltd. seeks an experienced Knowledge Management Consultant to join its advisory practice. You will work with leading professional services organisations on KM strategies, design solutions and lead implementations, engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities include developing KM roadmaps, governance, and supporting technology selection, with a strong emphasis on client workshops and delivery leadership. UK remote role, permanent, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Knowledge Management consulting or professional services, ideally within the legal sector.
• Strong understanding of KM technologies, data and information governance.
• Experience delivering client-facing projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Pragmatic, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Developing Knowledge Management strategies, roadmaps and business cases
• Designing and implementing KM solutions, including taxonomies, data structures and governance
• Leading client workshops, stakeholder engagement and project delivery
• Advising on data architecture, integration and information governance
• Supporting KM technology selection, configuration and implementation
• Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring high-quality delivery
