Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP is seeking a proactive Legal Co-ordinator/Paralegal to support the Knowledge Lawyer in the Private Wealth group. The role focuses on coordinating knowledge sharing, training delivery and maintaining learning records to enable lawyers to stay informed and efficient.

The successful candidate will assist in developing training programmes, manage content across intranet platforms and monitor AI-related tools to enhance knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Paralegal or in a Co-ordinator/PA role within professional services.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong administrative skills with accurate record-keeping and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of building relationships across teams.
• Experience with document management systems/SharePoint is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly legal knowledge and update sessions across the Business Group.
• Support delivery of trainee and early careers training programmes.
• Maintain accurate training records and learning documentation.
• Manage and update knowledge content on intranet and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Monitor developments in legal technology, AI and emerging tools; promote opportunities.
• Assist in planning, delivery and administration of knowledge development activities.
