Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP is seeking a Legal Co-ordinator/Paralegal to support the Private Wealth Knowledge Lawyer, helping develop and share knowledge across the firm. The role can be based in Newcastle, Bristol, Leeds or Plymouth with a hybrid working approach and flexible arrangements.

You will coordinate training, maintain records and support AI and other legal-tech initiatives, ensuring teams stay informed, connected and efficient while delivering high-quality knowledge services.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Paralegal or in a Co-ordinator/Personal Assistant role within a professional services environment
• Proven ability to coordinate projects, programmes or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong administrative skills with a track record of accurately recording actions, maintaining documentation and managing process workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and seniority levels
• Experience of document management systems/SharePoint would be an advantage
• Experience/strong interest in AI preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating monthly legal knowledge and update sessions across the Business Group
• Supporting the delivery of trainee and early careers training programmes
• Maintaining accurate training records and learning documentation
• Managing and updating knowledge content on our intranet and other knowledge-sharing platforms
• Monitoring developments in legal technology, AI and other emerging tools, helping to promote opportunities that enhance knowledge sharing and efficiency
• Supporting teams in the planning, delivery and administration of knowledge development activities
