Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a Knowledge Paralegal to join our Knowledge Management team in London or Manchester. This role supports the firm’s knowledge function by capturing, maintaining and sharing legal know-how, developing content, and contributing to training programmes.

You will work with Knowledge Lawyers and business teams to ensure information is accurate, accessible and up to date, while assisting with legal technology and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal environment, ideally as a Paralegal, Knowledge Paralegal or within a knowledge management function.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills with the ability to summarise complex information clearly and accurately.
• Excellent organisational skills with experience maintaining document libraries or intranet systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including coordinating training sessions and events.
• Interest in legal technology, innovation and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge management platforms.
