Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join the Marine, Trade and Commodities team in London. You will manage knowledge resources, develop market-facing content, and advance legal delivery through technology and AI, collaborating across partners, fee earners and business services.

The role includes training delivery and global knowledge initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years PQE or Knowledge Lawyer experience, with strong English communication, stakeholder management and a passion

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with England & Wales admission.
Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent in knowledge/PS roles.
Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to engage with senior lawyers and business leaders, manage stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead Knowledge Management initiatives: updates, precedents, templates, playbooks and databases.
Develop market-facing content: client alerts, briefings, thought leadership, reports and training materials.
Drive Legal Delivery, Technology & AI: promote standardised documents and evaluate tools and processes.
Support training programs across UK and international teams; create engaging materials.
