Job summary

We are seeking a Corporate Practice Innovation & Knowledge Lawyer in London to join a leading international law firm. The role blends corporate transaction experience with knowledge management, legal technology, and innovation to support the practices knowledge strategy.

You will develop precedents, monitor developments, and collaborate with partners to apply AI and automation within transactional work, while producing client-facing thought leadership and training materials.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate transactions and corporate governance.
Strong interest in knowledge management, legal technology and AI in legal practice.
Excellent drafting, research and communication skills.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance precedents, templates and know-how materials.
Monitor regulatory and market developments to keep the team up to date.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI applications in transactional work.
Create knowledge products, workflows and tech-enabled solutions to improve consistency and efficiency.
Design and deliver technical training programmes for lawyers across the practice.
