Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Knowledge Development Lawyer to join its Corporate Tax & Incentives practice in London. The role focuses on leading knowledge strategy, creating practical precedents and tooling, and delivering engaging training to lawyers at all levels.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Tax, strong drafting and research skills, and a commercial mindset. Experience with PSL/KDL or KM is a plus and interest in AI/innovation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Tax
• Experience in advisory and transactional work
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Comfortable delivering training and sharing knowledge
• Commercially minded and able to work with senior stakeholders
• Interest in technology, AI and innovation
• PSL/KDL or knowledge-management experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the practice's knowledge strategy
• Create precedents, guidance, toolkits and know-how resources
• Deliver engaging legal training to lawyers at all levels
• Monitor UK and international tax developments and translate them into guidance
• Support lawyers with technical queries and research
• Produce client alerts, articles and thought leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
• Contribute to technology, AI and innovation initiatives
• Help shape new ways of working across the team
