Job summary

Clifford Chance seeks a Knowledge Director – Head of Corporate Transactions & Advisory to lead the London CT&A Product Group's Knowledge & Training and Thought Leadership efforts. You will steer a team of knowledge lawyers and information specialists, ensuring timely, practical knowhow for lawyers handling private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and advisory work.

The role focuses on company law and corporate governance, keeping abreast of legal/regulatory developments and sharing insights

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of company law and corporate governance.
• Experience leading knowledge management and training teams.
• Track record advising on complex M&A and corporate advisory matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the London CT&A K&T and TL teams to deliver practical knowhow and insights.
• Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments in company law and governance.
• Analyse and share knowledge across the CT&A Product Group and global network.
• Collaborate with lawyers to collate, analyse and disseminate deal and advisory knowhow.
• Oversee internal knowhow delivery and legal/regulatory updates for lawyers.
