Job summary

Clifford Chance LLP in London is seeking an Associate to join the Corporate Transactions & Advisory team to work on large-scale M&A and cross-border deals for leading clients. You will provide legal and commercial advice across jurisdictions, draft precise documents, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within our global network to deliver integrated advice.

Qualifications

You will have a solid background in corporate work, with experience on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
We are looking for proactive Associates with strong academic history and a reputation for providing commercial solutions.
Excellent document drafting, communication and analytical skills are essential.
A client-focused, team-oriented approach and appetite for business development are crucial.

Responsibilities

Work on large, complex M&A transactions across cross-border deals.
Provide legal and commercial expertise on M&A, re-organisations and JV arrangements.
Draft legal documents clearly, using commercial judgement to support multinational clients.
Develop relationships with clients and actively pursue new work.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
