As a Know Your Customer (KYC) Quality Assurance Associate within the KYC Quality Assurance Governance & Training Team, you will conduct performance evaluations of the Primary KYC QA Function. Your responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of KYC records, participating in governance and training activities, providing feedback to the global Primary KYC QA team across all sectors, documenting test outcomes, identifying process gaps, and assessing data integrity and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
