ABP UK in Glasgow is seeking a Butcher/ Knife Handler to ensure product quality while meeting targets. You will cut, bone, process and package goods to a high standard on the chill production line, in line with GMP, HACCP and safety rules.
The role requires basic English, numeracy and the ability to work quickly and cleanly in a busy environment. It is on-site, permanent full-time with pay at £12.90 per hour.

In chill production line area, using butchery implements and machinery, cut, bone, process and package goods to a quality standard, to deadlines, whilst complying at all times with company operating requirements.
Speaking, writing and understanding basic spoken and written English language. (This is an essential health & safety, traceability and quality control requirement which will be tested as part of the recruitment process)
