Job summary

Parker Meggitt at Ansty Park in Coventry is seeking a Kitter to join our manufacturing team. You will accurately pick, prepare and issue kits of parts and materials to production, ensuring teams have what they need to meet customer demands and production schedules.

You will work across multiple value streams to maintain material flow, stock accuracy and traceability in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Full training will be provided, offering a solid path for a long-term career in aerospace

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, stores, or warehousing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow processes and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock/control systems would be advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, prepare and issue kits of parts to production teams.
• Support multiple manufacturing value streams by ensuring materials are available when required.
• Maintain stock accuracy through inventory transactions and stock control activities.
• Verify part numbers, quantities and documentation to ensure full traceability.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Kitter to join our manufacturing team, supporting the production of a wide range of aerospace thermal management products. This role is responsible for accurately preparing and issuing parts, materials and documentation required for production, ensuring manufacturing teams have everything needed to meet customer demands and production schedules. Working across multiple value streams, you will play a key role in maintaining material flow, stock accuracy and traceability within a fast-paced aerospace environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within aerospace manufacturing.
