Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Sales Consultant for their High Wycombe Showroom focusing on high-value kitchen sales. You will convert enquiries into sales, design kitchens, and manage customer relationships effectively.

The role offers a competitive salary of £26,550 plus uncapped commission (OTE £38,000+). Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, bonuses, and numerous employee benefits including discounts and support services.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales.
• Design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value.
• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up leads.
• Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities.
• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin.
