Magnet in Loughborough is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from first showroom contact to final installation. You will design tailored kitchens while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

The role offers a base salary of £26,550 with uncapped commission (OTE circa £33,000+). Training is provided to ensure success, along with career progression and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales.

• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish.
