Job summary

Magnet Bolton Showroom is seeking a sales-driven colleague who can convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value, and build strong customer relationships from start to finish.

You’ll target sales KPIs with uncapped commission and an OTE circa £35,000+, plus a £200 guaranteed monthly top-up in year one, extensive training, staff discounts, and wellbeing benefits. A full UK driving licence and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities
