Job summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Kitchen Assistant or Chef who is passionate about developing others and wants to take the next step in their career whilst continuing to work hands-on within the team.

As a Kitchen Trainer, you will lead by example, set high standards, support on-boarding and development, coach colleagues through feedback, and help ensure every shift is delivered to the highest standard in partnership with the management team.
