Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure the safety of your entire team and visitors.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
